Hi HomeB, I have to agree with Sally Blaze. In regards to how different issues Rail track, busy roads Etc. will affect the price of a home it is personal preference. Also with regards to home inventory, I also agree with her in that we will all know at the end of summer :-) Joe Patel makes a good point, there is no perfect home (unless you build one to your specifications) :-) If you like the home make an offer.....Dawn... more
Hello Yugandar,
There are so many great cities, neighborhoods, and school distrists in the Bay Area.
Depends on whether you want a home or condo/townhome. Since you already have an idea about the school locations, I would start with a list of properties in the areas you would like to live. Take a look at the areas & neighborhoods which those homes (which are in the good school areas) and see if you like what you see. Then start looking at the inside of the homes. - Most of this work can be done with you and your Realtor in his/her office with the MLS listings on the computer.
Good luck,

Hi Khmbyre,
Some talk, no action.
As Meena mentioned, Gomes is still Mission San Jose High School attendance area. You can get an attendance area map showing the boundaries for all the mission schools.

It depends on what your motavation is to buy in Mission San Jose. Schools? You need to start sooner than later and make sure there is placement for your kids in the schools. You need to have that wrapped up by summer.

The Seller was possibly told what he wanted to hear during the time of meeting between seller and agent. If this seller would like to have a sale instead of a shiny nice listing post in his yard for months to come, I recommend he address this matter with his agent. He/She could also sit and watch a little film on youtube called "How to Sell Your Home in Black & White" it says it all!
Good luck...Delia 510-219-0962... more
Absolutely right Brad! Homes that are will to sell are able to sell within 7-14 days with multiple offers. This is common in the Tri cities area. API scores are still holding strong in the Mission Area (900+), which keeps those homes in high demand.
