It depends on the condition, location and price. If it's a nice home in a decent area and priced right it won't last long. The next time that someone or agent calls you, ask who the agent on the listing is (full name) and also ask the agent office phone number on the listing. From there you can call the main office and have them make the correction. I believe it may be a type-o error. If that does not work, ask the person who the agent full name is and just put it into Google and add realtor after the name. Information may come up. Definitely a question and a task for your attorney to make sure your risk is properly managed. What I can tell you as a broker, is that the seller's side must produce a Marketable Title in order to transfer the property to a buyer. Which means title free of clouds and encumbrance. I'd venture to think that your title company will not insure the title if there are issues that need to be cleared.
