If you have concerns about lockboxes, don't allow your agent to utilize one. Picking up a key by appointment at your agent's office should be fine and may not pose to be a problem for most--if a buyer wants to see the property the agent has to take them--and if done as such, you can be notified as to when visitors will be arriving. As for the alarm, you may consider not having it on during the day, or ask your agent to require some notice for showings--as for the dog--your agent should make that known to anyone scheduling the appointment that a dog is present in the house.... more

This is a question for a lender. There are programs that can still have you qualified at a 608, but they are running out soon, and rate requirements are about to rise. Besides all that, there is more that goes into your qualification process than just your credit score. Lenders are looking at about everything these days .
