Roughly: nothing. If the land is completely undeveloped, depending on its size I would say it is worth $1500 to $5000. However, if the lot has any type of utilities that would greatly increase its value. Also, if there are potential agricultural uses and it is hundreds of acres it may be very valuable if it has access to water.
If you google tampa, Fl on Google and zero in on certain areas you will see what kind of schools are in the
areas, But your best good recommendation that I can give, not being an agent from the area, to connect with
an experienced area Realtor, who can guide you to all the schools in the area of interest and also find you the right home for you, and then put the location in relationship to the available schools, you can then check the
school reports on certain schools on the internet, and when in town to see homes, you can also visit the schools and discuss with them their programs and find out of what your children need is offered in a paticular school .....
Good Luck, if you do not know a local Realtor you are working with, I am sure this forum here can provide you with several recommendations if you ask for them.
Good Luck to you and your family!

Hello, Interesting question. We have a broad range of people on the political spectrum. We have typically elected Rebublicans, such as Tom McClintock. There is a growing population of people from the coast cities that tend to be left of center.
Hope this answers your question.... more
Anywhere in Fredericksburg is a great place to live and raise a family. The best things is to contact and agent and have them work with you on your specific needs right before you want to come. I would say late October to first week of November is the best timing for a mid December rental. Depending on where your husband is relocating for work several areas can be recommended that provide access to public transportation if that is needed or access to the highways. please feel free to call me or any of my colleagues for help in relocating.

Both are great communities and across from each other at the north end of Gomez Avenue. Both have deeded docks available with some homes and no homes directly on the Intracoastal. There are homes available for sale in both neighborhoods and lots available in Bahia Sound as well. I live in the area and have sold homes in both neighborhoods. What type of information are you looking for?
You can call or e-mail me directly.

I personally move here from NY about 19 years ago and it might as well have been a foreign country. I can honestly tell you that's it was the best move I've ever made and here's why. The folks here are friendly and always greet you with a smile and a warm hand shake. You'll meet people from all over the world who've come to the same conclusion - I've found my home and this is a great place to raise a family. Our kids, my wife and I have made friendships that will last a lifetime. Tons of recreation, from activities on one of the largest man-made lakes with 520 miles of shoreline to biking/hiking trails at parks, to walking in the old downtown viewing classic cars at the monthly 'Cruisin' in Mooresville. You've got great schools for the kids, easy access to the interstates, low taxes, a wide variety of homes, new and exisiting, to choose from.
Come to the other side of the pond and we'll give you a tour!
You are referring to leased parks, I'm sure and those homes most likely were all installed with permits at that time. The larger the lot size the more desirable the location is to buyers.... more
