In his early 30’s Bill helped grow a small local California mortgage company from 60 employees to over 1250 in just 3 years. Directlender.com was ultimately licensed in 39 states with over 200 branches and was funding $1.5 Billion in volume annually. Following his coach’s advice, Bill sold off his share of the company in 2006 and focused 100% of his attention on coaching and speaking nationally.

As a coach Bill has personally coached over 2500 realtors, mortgage professionals, CEO’s, title reps, and small business owners. He is extremely proud of his “mindset” coaching that he has done with Junior Olympic skiers in his home state of Utah and the massive improvement in their individual national ranking. Having coached many of the top producing agents in North America who were selling over 350 homes annually, Bill specializes in assisting great agents break the barrier of 100 units and beyond. Bill brings experience of over 20,000 coaching calls and close to 10,000 units of “coached” production to every single call that he makes. “My goal is that each coaching client is living a life they love and loving the life that they live!”
