Denise is great! My wife and I had lived in apartments since college, and when we were looking for a home to rent we had a specific desire for a place near White Rock Lake. As those houses can be expensive to buy and even rarer to rent, Denise was somehow able to find the perfect place for us. I am a law student, so I can be hard to deal with because I want to know every detail and the meaning of every transaction. Denise had patience and worked with us to close the deal. We have also personally spent time with Denise out and about in the city, and we can say she is a fun person to be around. From someone who never dealt with realtors before, Denise is professional and a superstar!
