Sedgwick, Dillworth, or Muir. Based on the map photo, which may or may not be of the home in question, the elementary school is Sedgwick.

Thats a difficult question.....if you convert the current garage into living speace, is your Lot size big enough to build another garage? if not, then no......it would be good to Call the City Planning Dept: http://www.cupertino.org/index.aspx?page=237
and ask them what the regulation are for a property needing a garage attached to it...and your question above "hypothetically" as a query....they will clarify best for you! If you can do it, then do it with permits as this will help in future hold value in the property.

Per the tax records there is ONE home on Bonny Drive with a filed notice of default. There have been a few sales in the last year on that street, all over $1million. I recommend you work with an agent to assist you through this. The house on Bonny is currently not showing as a listed property and it very well may be a home owner working with their lender to modify their loan.
