But it is interesting about Susan's unwillingness to "to join any sites". Susan if you're reading this I'd love to hear what your hesitation is.
I can't speak for others but you can find a whole lot of information (almost everything that's on an MLS listing database) on my web site without having to join. You can search by a whole range of criteria from price and bedrooms and neighborhood and year built to bank owned and/or short sales. You can search by zip code or actual street address.
If you want to save that search, we do require you to register.
I see that the property you're inquiring about is listed for a foreclosure auction. You should know that just because a foreclosure auction date has been set does not necessarily mean it will be auctioned on that date. It is VERY common for foreclosure auctions to be postponed, for a long list of reasons. A lender would almost always work something out with the current owner instead of foreclosing, so if there's some indication that a loan modification or short sale is actually under way, a lender will usually (but not always) postpone the auction.
Finally, listings from RealtyTrac (including this one) are first and foremost solicitations for your subscription to RealtyTrac's services ($49.95?/Month).
