You are just a little early to start. Rentals in Metrowest usually go in matter of a few days. I suggest starting your search in early to mid November so at lease the choices will be available by the time you come here.

At the moment there are only two 3/2's in this area in your price range.
One is listed for $950, the other for $1,000 per month. Looks more
like you could be paying around $1,100 or $1,200 come March.

I would suggest Lake Nona to you. A quiet and extremely pretty area, mostly new properties. There is an array of townhouses with 2/2 or 3/2 that are well priced and in safe and pretty communities.
