I work a lot with my sellers on things to improve their homes , I find a easy solution is for the seller to go to the local lowes and see the items and price them. If you are putting in extra money that will not bring you a return it is not worth it. I hope this has helped.

Actually it might. As a know buyers are looking for the best relative value in market. Relative Value is a very broad term because what appeals to one buyer may not to another. If and when you put your home on the market the organizer will not make or break the sale but I think it would be deemed a postive.
