Jumbo mortgage lenders requiring only 10% down?

Title says it all: Are there any Jumbo mortgage lenders that will lend for a home in Windham with only 10% down? I have heard of taking out a first mortgage for $417k or less and then an additional mortgage for the remainder, is this allowed in NH?
