On the Third Party Financing Addendum, the blank in the paragragh refers to the number of days the buyer has to get all the required information the lender has asked for to the lender. It doesn't mean the buyer has to obtain financing by that date.
By leaving that blank, it eliminates the deadline that the buyer has to give the lender what the lender needs. The Listing agent should catch that and make sure a date is put in there. If a date is put in there, and the buyer doesn't get all the information to the lender by that date, the buyer is not in default, but loses the right to terminate and get his earnest money back due to financing.
