What people like is that it is surrounded by trees.
It feels a little like country living in the city.
Access to major freeways
New or newer homes for the area.
What people dont like is the traffic.
Location away from stores.
Street conditions nearby.
There must be some crime, hence the signs at the front of the community.
There's always demand at the right price.... more
I don't think they would have built all those homes if they thought they would flood.
However some of the roads around there do flood. See the attached video.
I think South Precinct Road does flood sometimes....so if you have to go that way,
you may have to go around. It's a pain to go around and lots of traffic on those days.
