Roberto was born in Providence Rhode Island where he enlisted in the United States Navy in late 1997. Roberto quickly moved up the ranks and became an invaluable asset to the United States Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
“You know, I joined the military never thinking I’d go to war. Sounds silly but it was true. Once it happened I couldn’t have been more proud to be in a position where I could make a difference and serve my country. I was on the USS Enterprise when 9-11 happened. We were on our way to South Africa. My proudest moment came when our country was attacked and I was there to respond.”
Roberto was sent to NAS Jacksonville and was assigned to Air Operations. During his tour he was awarded a Navy Commendation Medal for his commitment and sacrifice during the Katrina rescue efforts. Also during his tour of duty he enrolled himself in a real estate program because of his interest in purchasing homes as investments. Having invested in his last duty station in condos he felt strongly about the benefit of property ownership instead of renting and as a vehicle for long term wealth. Roberto became a Realtor and quickly became the “go to guy” for many of the military members arriving and transferring from the area. Roberto’s strong work ethic made all the difference in becoming a successful Realtor and becoming the top 10% in his office.

Roberto is no stranger to technology. Having been introduced to computers at an early age, Roberto utilizes all the best technical programs out today in order to best expose his clients’ homes that are on the market. With 85% of buyers on-line it would only make sense to have a strong internet presence. Buyers will also have a huge advantage in this market when going through Robertos’ Preferred Buyers Program.
“I market heavily on-line. Print media does very little in these days of instant information. I have worked with clients I’ve met on-line coming to the area from all around the globe. I truly believe that my internet presence is second to none. This is one of the things that set me apart. With a larger pool of potential buyers interested in your property we accomplish two things; selling your home faster and at a higher price.”
While Real Estate is a full time job for Roberto he makes sure to dedicate valuable time to his wife and hobbies. Roberto just recently accomplished a goal he and his wife set for themselves, running their first 5K togethe and he just ran the Jacksonville Gate River run 15k. Along with running Roberto enjoys golfing (I’m learning!!) and fishing. Roberto has just set some new goals for himself. Learning to sail and fly.
