Longmont Real Estate Market

I have a buyer who is looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in Longmont, Colorado. She wants something that’s low maintenance, and close to her work. Her price range is in the $100-$200K range, but prefers to be closer to $125-150K.

Here are some of the properties we saw:
930 Button Rock Dr M-75, Longmont CO

This is a spacious end unit townhome with vaulted ceilings, gas log fireplace, large kitchen, separate dining room, two spacious bedrooms, loft overlook to living room, and a spacious ready-to finish basement. This unit also features a nice privacy patio, a one car detached garage, and an assigned parking space right in front of the unit.

804 Summer Hawk Dr 11303,  Longmont CO

This property is a penthouse condo with new paint, and vaulted ceilings. HOA fee of $135/month includes cable, water, sewer, trash removal, hazard insurance, exterior maintenance and a pool!
