Longmont Real Estate Market

I have a buyer who is looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in Longmont, Colorado. She wants something that’s low maintenance, and close to her work. Her price range is in the $100-$200K range, but prefers to be closer to $125-150K.

Here are some of the properties we saw:
